Healing Your Self and Others

 

Millions of people suffer from illnesses, or will in the future become sick. Too often this is because they lack the information and knowledge needed to either prevent becoming sick or to be able to heal themselves before or after they become ill. In this section, we look at what causes illness, how the body can defend us against almost all types of illness. We will also look at the new medical field of Psychoneuroimmunology - Mind/Body Medicine.

Each year millions of people become ill. Most suffer from illnesses which could well have been prevented.. Too often they cannot prevent their illnesses because they lack the necessary information and knowledge which could help them prevent becoming sick or that could help them to heal themselves early, long before their illness becomes a major threat to their well-being and overall health.

In a series of articles and white papers we look at what causes illness, how the body can defend us against illness and how we can heal our selves. We will also look at the new medical field of Psychoneuroimmunology - Mind/Body Medicine.

Life Dynamic Training (LDT) as a therapeutic process or tool for individuals who desire healing of an illness. The information in this section is most valuable for those individuals who suffer from an illness which has not been helped or eliminated through use of traditional Western medial treatments or alternative medicine. LDT is directed at healing the cause of your illness and through healing the causes of the illness, the illness itself, can be healed.
